Hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone)02

A hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone) injects treatment solution into stationary equipment to perform separation, classification, and concentration, and is an innovative separator with a very simple structure and no drive unit.

Structure of a hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone)

A suspension containing fine particles of several micrometers or more is supplied to a cylindrical container circumferentially at high speed. And as a result it starts to rotate and a centrifugal force is generated. At this time a gravitational acceleration of several tens of thousands of G is generated in the circumferential direction, and thus leading to fast sedimentation and concentration of the fine particles. The separated concentration can be freely selected by changing the supply rate (supply pressure and flow rate) and the flow ratio of the outlet. Our hydrocyclone (liquid cyclone) was designed and manufactured to classify and concentrate fine particles, and so has a small element.

THREE:How many times, in the course of a lifetime, would he repeat that operation? And he would always stand in exactly the same way, with his legs straddled apart, and his elbows spanning out like flappers. He would always pass the razor over his face in a certain manner, avoiding those places where even the sharpest blade boggled a little, proceeding with the same mechanical strokes until the job was once more accomplished. Afterwards, he would laboriously separate the portions of his razor and wipe them methodically, always in the same order. That was because, once you had decided upon the right way to do a thing you adopted that method for good.
  • Equipment costs can be reduced.
  • Operating costs can be reduced.
  • Maintenance costs can be reduced.
  • Any change in raw material and product can be easily addressed.
  • Large amounts can be treated in a small area.
  • Separation and cleaning are easy because of the simple structure.
  • Simplified control
  • This equipment can be operated in synchronization with external devices.
  • Alarm and interlock mechanism.
THREE:Once upon a time, he said, there was a young lady of such a modest disposition that though she had a Sunday School and a boys class, and made a beautiful, beautiful, altar-clothOh, Helper, he broke off, we had your altar-cloth in use for the first time last Sunday, and you not there to see how smart it looked.{202}"In the theatre the singing goes on sometimes while the actors are on the stage, and we got tired of it in a little while. I don't suppose the Japanese get so tired of it, or they would stop having it. Some of them admit that it would be better to have the orchestra in front of the stage, as we do; but others say that so long as the chorus must do so much towards explaining the play, they had better remain where they are. The Japanese seem to like their theatre as it is, and therefore they will not be apt to change in a hurry.
